For weddings, Sara recommends reaching out at least six to twelve months before your date, especially for peak season. Private events and flower bars can often be accommodated on shorter timelines. When in doubt, reach out early and she will let you know what is possible.
Yes. Sara serves clients throughout Western Massachusetts and is available for events further afield depending on the project. Travel fees may apply for venues outside the local area. Mention your location in your inquiry and she will let you know.
Minimums vary by event type. Weddings have a minimum investment to ensure Sara can dedicate the appropriate time and materials. Flower bars and private events have more flexibility. Share your event details in the inquiry form and Sara will give you an honest picture of what is possible within your budget.
Absolutely. Sara designs around your vision and welcomes specific requests. She will always be honest about availability and seasonality and will suggest thoughtful alternatives if something is not accessible for your date.
After your initial inquiry, Sara will schedule a consultation to hear about your vision, venue, and budget. She then creates a full proposal including a mood board, itemized floral list, and investment outline. Once approved and a deposit is secured, she handles everything through to setup and breakdown on your event day.
Yes. Sara and her team handle all setup and breakdown so you can be completely present on your event day. Exact timing is coordinated with your venue and planner in the weeks leading up to the event.
