Yes. A deposit is required to hold your date and begin sourcing. Sara will walk you through the details when she sends your quote. The deposit confirms your spot and allows her to start planning with your vision in mind.

Sara is based in Springfield, Massachusetts and serves clients throughout Western Massachusetts. Travel to other areas can sometimes be arranged depending on the event. Mention your venue location in your inquiry and she will let you know what is possible.

That is perfectly fine. Sara actually enjoys working through a vision from scratch. Share your colors, your mood, a feeling, a Pinterest board, or even just the vibe of your venue and she will start building ideas from there. You do not need to arrive with answers.

Absolutely. Sara loves hearing what speaks to you. She will work within your palette and incorporate specific varieties when they are available seasonally. She will also offer alternatives that complement your vision if something is not in season or available.

Sara grew up in El Salvador surrounded by florals that most people in the United States have never seen in an arrangement. That shaped her eye for unusual, exotic varieties: fritillaria, chocolate cosmos, lisianthus, hellebores. Blooms with texture and personality, not just prettiness.
